FEES, REFUNDS AND CANCELLATIONS

These terms and conditions relate to any services or product provided by ZEN Voice&Body. Please read these carefully as our products and services are subject these terms and conditions. These terms and conditions may change. By purchasing our products or services you accept that you are bound by the current terms and conditions. 

These terms and conditions form the entire understanding of the parties and supersede all previous agreements, understandings and representations relating to the subject matter. 

These terms and conditions shall be governed and interpreted in accordance with English law, and you consent to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of the English courts.

The rights of cancellation and refund and any limitation expressed in these terms and conditions do not affect your statutory rights as a consumer. Sessions must be paid for in advance. Cheques must therefore be sent at least one week in advance to allow for bank clearing and postal delays. All session cancellations and rearrangements must take place at least 24 hours in advance. If this is not done the session is forfeit and will be charged at full price or deducted from the remainder of the Client’s bundle. Bundles of 5 lessons must be completed in 3 months. Bundles of 10 lessons must be completed in 6 months. Any remaining time left unused after this period will be forfeited.

 

Cancellation Policy for ZEN Voice&Body Workshops, Courses or Classes

In the event an applicant cancels their place they are entitled to the following refund:

4 weeks or more before the start date = 100% refund

4 weeks to 1 week before the start date = 25% refund

From 1 week to the day of the course = no refund (under any circumstances)

Should ZEN Voice&Body cancel a course, a full refund will be offered.

Fees may be increased at any time. Information displayed on the website or on marketing as to pricing and availability is subject to change by ZEN Voice&Body without notice.
